Coaching Supervision

Group & Individual Coach Supervision

Support That Sustains

Coaching is a craft. It’s dynamic, complex, and deeply rewarding. But even the best coaches need space to reflect, recalibrate, and grow. That’s where supervision comes in—a dedicated space to support you, refine your practice, and ensure you stay energized for the work that matters most.

Why Supervision Matters

As coaches, we often focus on others, helping them navigate their lives and goals. Supervision is about focusing on you. It’s a powerful resource to:

  • Enhance Your Practice: Gain new perspectives, insights, and strategies for your most challenging cases.
  • Build Resilience: Prevent burnout and keep your energy aligned with your purpose.
  • Strengthen Your Skills: Stay sharp and grow your expertise with feedback and reflective practices.
  • Foster Connection: Be part of a community where you can share, learn, and grow alongside other coaches.

What We Offer

Our coaching supervision is designed to meet you where you are and help you go further:

  • One-on-One  Supervision: Tailored sessions focused on your unique challenges and growth areas.
  • Group  Supervision: A collaborative environment for shared learning and mutual support.
  • Resources to Elevate Your Practice: Curated articles, research, and tools to deepen your knowledge and confidence

Supporting the Whole Coach

Supervision isn’t about fixing—it’s about rethinking. It’s a space to step back, reflect, and evolve as a coach, blending self-care with professional growth.

Great coaches aren’t just skilled; they’re supported. Supervision helps you navigate challenges, explore new perspectives, and refine your approach so you can show up at your best.

When you invest in your growth, you amplify your impact—because thriving coaches inspire thriving clients. Supervision isn’t a checkpoint; it’s a catalyst for continuous improvement and meaningful change.

What to Expect

    Individual vs Group Supervision

    Which is right for you?

We offer two formats for coaching supervision, tailored to fit your needs and preferences:

    Group Coaching Supervision

    • Meets once a month for 6 months on a consistent day (e.g., the second Tuesday of each month).
    • Small, supportive groups with a maximum of 6 participants.
    • Offers the opportunity to learn from diverse perspectives while sharing challenges and successes in a collaborative environment.

Choose Group Coaching Supervision if you:

    • Value learning from the experiences of others.
    • Want to build connections with a supportive group of peers.
    • Thrive in a collaborative, interactive setting.
    • Prefer a cost-effective supervision option.

    Individual Coaching Supervision

    • A personalized package of six sessions scheduled monthly at a time that works for you and your supervisor.
    • Tailored, one-on-one attention to dive deeply into your coaching practice and unique challenges.

Choose Individual Coaching Supervision if you:

    • Prefer highly customized feedback and guidance.
    • Want to focus exclusively on your specific goals and coaching journey.
    • Need flexibility in scheduling sessions.
    • Feel more comfortable working privately with a supervisor.

Both formats are designed to support your growth, deepen your practice, and build confidence as a coach. Whichever you choose, you’ll gain valuable insights and tools to elevate your impact.
